ggg grandfather was born.

Opti (the researcher of this entry) hasn't come online this evening, so I hope you don't mind if I butt in.
Anita Roddick sadly died last month. Since she was born in Littlehampton to Jewish/Italian parents, it is unlikely that you would have a common Irish ancestor. 
I don't think your questions are foolish, but if you had read the entry you may have found the answers yourself.
