A Conversation for Narcolepsy
Nightmares & Cheese

Hypnogogic & hypnopompic hallucinations are sometimes brought on by eating a big lump of cheese before bedtime.
This is because cheese contains alot of tyrosine, an amino acid which is linked to neurotransmission. Too much tyrosine = scary nightmares.
My advice to you is:
Don't eat cheese before bedtime.
Love & hugs,
Adam
