Madness are still around in the naughties and still popular. In fact they're last single featrued heavily on all the cool shows, Later with Jools Holland, the National Lottery had them on to name but a few thay must therefore still be popular to be put before such
a)knowledgeable and
b)mass
audiences.

I knew you'd support me and my article. For anyone who wants to know - I DID NOT write the bit that they weren't popular anymore - indeed I am a very medium-sized Madness fan, and my favourite is their recent single "Lovestruck".
