I got teenage depression before I became a teenager. I got over it a few months ago. I wish I hadn't read this page, it's brought it all back again, arggggggghhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree ! from my own experience, Depression IS literally a PAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
but I think talking about it reduces the fear and stigma
