I am a supervisor for an offshore service company that does not have a fixed rotation for its personnel. In the course of this companies operations, it may be that the personnel involved will have to work extended hours. This is more so if they have to fly offshore and commence work for nightshift the same night.
I am trying, without success, to source any material that explains in plain English, the effects on the human brain and body that lack of sleep has.

A long time ago,I even did not know the word "sleep deprived".and when some of my friend told me that he or she could not go to sleep in the night, I thought that it was impossible. but now it has changed.I have deprived of the sleep.
I am a postgraduat in a university. I am indiligent in my study, last time I failed to pass the cet6, you know that in my university the identification of cet6 is necessary for every postgraduat.I am very nervous and some times I often can not go to deep sleep in the night, in addtion, the other study,i can not miss,I am pressed by the study of english learning.
