Douglas Adams, in his books about Dirk Jently presents a method to find your way- look for a car that looks like it knows where its going, and aventualy you'll arrive to where you needed (the place you need to arrive is not neccesarily where you intended to go in the first placesmiley - winkeye ).

I've tried this a few times.

Once it worked, and the person in the car with me was astounded.
That was great, but not quite so good as to make up for the other five times I tried it with that successful first time still in mind.
Ah well.

They don't call it 'the scenic route' for nothing...
