I realise that I'm tempting fate big time here, but I haven't had a cold call for months now. So, although it takes time, it does work.

We've been on TPS for three or four years and it really does work. We are also on the Fax Preference Service and that too works. If you think a cold marketing call at 9pm is bad - junk faxes come through on autopilot at 3 am. If you've got teenage daughters or elderly parents then the sound of the phone ringing at 3am brings awful thoughts.
