h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Never knew that defintion before. Actually never heard anyone but my close freinds use the term, but we use it a bit differently.
In high school we were all in marching band. I started rolling up the pads of paper we used to write out our 'sets', making a nice thick stick that didn't really do much damage. Then used it for beating the freshman in my section about the head and shoulders when they were stupid. Thus was born my idiot stick. I still find myself wishing I had one on hand pretty often, all these years later.
