What fun!
You could have a party, everyone carves each others heads.Then the host(ess) ends up with a nice souvenir of her mates, if you strung it up in your window, i bet it would deter burglars.
I might try the apple idea for some of my cheeseboxes, they would work well with the dried bananas, mummified lizards & bones that i already use...
