Speaking as someone who works in a microbiology laboratory that tests urine -

I have to correct you on the sample bottles. Labs now generally will not accept anything other than a recognised collection pot, and none will accept one without a test-card filled in by a doctor. If your doctor asks for a sample, either obtain a sterile pot from the surgery, or buy one from a chemist. That way, hopefully, your sample will not be rejected!
