Trap Door

Burk didn't always open the Trap Door - a lot of the time it opens of it own accord or the monsters do. In fact, on monster oozed its way out through the gaps in the wood. And not all the monsters were bad, one (whose name I can't remember, but he was big and pink with a head shaped a bit like a tear drop) became big freinds with Burk
And don't forget little Drekk, the little green thing with six legs that was originally thought to be male, but later showed up with four offspring (all of which were pink).
And just for posterity's sake - here's what I belive to be the closing song by Zygot
Creepy, crawly, slimy things
That stick onto your skin
Horrid things with tentacles
That want to pull you in
Slimy worms, slugs and snails
All locked there in a goo
They'll wait down there forever
Until they get thier hands on you
Don't you open that trap door
You're a fool if you dare
Don't you open that trap door
Cos there's something down there
Uuuuurrrrggghhhh
(yes, it is currently running on Australian TV if you hadn't guessed by now)

I think Drekk is spelt Drutt. The pink monster who befriends Brek might be Rogg.
I found this at http://www.angelfire.com/sc/cheekychilla2/
