A Conversation for Wagon Wheel Effect
Cadbury's Creme Egg Conundrum
Nurgling Started conversation Jan 22, 2000
Never mind the corporations' reducing of Wagon Wheel dimensions. What about the desperate calamity surrounding the Cadbury's Creme Egg! The size of the aforementioned fondant-centred chocolate treat has over time become closer to the size of its chocolate egg-shaped second cousin, the Mini Easter Egg.
A Creme Egg used to weightily fill my hand, giving a satisfyingly chunky feel. Now I can push two around my palm like Chinese stress balls. I'm sure the reason for this is not because the doctor miscalculated the hormone treatments I had to take at the age of fifteen, resulting in over-accelerated growth, culminating in enormous hands.
