Sea Stars?

Just had to add a little note that I, an American, have never even heard of starfish being referred to as sea stars. Where did you get that information Gnomon?

No idea. I'll have to do some more research. I know that American websites all try to use the word 'fish' only for the type of animal that includes that include salmon and sharks. They try to stop people using the words shellfish, starfish, crayfish, jellyfish etc. In fact in English, the word fish is used for just about anything that lives in the sea.
Perhaps the "sea star" thing is only in some parts of America.
