Firstly, as a 20 yr old female who studies in Exmouth, I'd like to say we don't all look like we've escaped from our babysitters, and we're not all cheap tarts (not until at least the 6th drink anyway!!!).
I am a student in Exmouth at Rolle college and when I first got
there, as you can imagine, being from Bristol I was very depressed at the thought of three years of Samantha's. i have now been there fore about 8 months and although it's difficult to admit, I love the place!! I've just grown so attatched the the beach and yes, even to Sams!! I love the cheesey, crappy music now. We always start at the student union bar which is the best union in the country in my opinion. The drinks are cheap and everyone knows each other because it's a small town and you see everyone all of the time!! You also feel safe all of the time in Exmouth, even if the marines can be a bit dodgy (but, hey, they may only be good for one thing, but at least they're good at that!! USE AND ABUSE is my motto). No, these days i find myself feeling really intimidated when i go out in big cities like Bristol which may be sad but hey, I love Exmouth!!!!

Hi i live in exmouth and have done for 14 years. i think that this website is very offensive towards exmouth. i like it here and i know there can be alot of trouble because im one of the people that used to make most of it.
I think that if you want to live here then you have to respect the peole that have done longer because they know the area better.
Im pleased to here that you like it here and i hope when you have finished at uni u will stay here. thanks for putting your point across to everyone in exmouth. I am very friendly with most of the campus because i know them and they feel the same as you. cheers

Researcher 194612, it is considered to be shouting to post in capitals all the time - a little rude, but I'm sure you'll get the hang of things.
All three - or is it four of you new researchers need to activate your spaces by writing an introduction, when you've done that one of the A.C.E.'s will be along to welcome you and point you in the right direction - hey - it might even be ME
If you want to change your researcher number for a nickname, click on the preferences button and edit the top line to remove the number and put in your new name - don't forget to do a save. Then click on the "My Space" button to get back to your own user page - cool - sorted
all round.
