Here's some information I'm sure I'll never need - but entertaining and well researched, and I had great fun reading it.
Some lonely hitchhiker will no doubt bless your name - I live in Britain and I've never been further north than Vancouver, so I doubt it will be me.
Then again, maybe on my gap year...
