Fascinating man. I don't blame you for looking for more:

smiley - star 'E. B. White: A Biography' by Scott Elledge.
Written while Andy was still alive, but very comprehensive.

smiley - star'Letters of E. B. White' recently revised and republished. Pretty interesting, though any collection of letters get dull after a while.

smiley - star 'Poems and Essays of E. B. White'
White wrote mostly about himself. So you can find out more about his life by reading his essays collected in 'The Points of My Compass', 'Essays of E. B. White', 'Here is New York', 'One Man's Meat', 'Writings from The New Yorker', etc. Even his short stories tend to be egocentric, as 'Second Tree from the Corner' illustrates. But he was a far better essayist than storyteller.

smiley - star 'Katherine and E.B. White: An Affectionate Memoir' by Isabel Russell
She was their secretary for many years. 'Affectionate' is an understatement; she clearly adored Andy. This provides an intimate view of the author at home.

smiley - star 'Let Me Finish' by Roger Angell
The best place to find out about the tail end of White's life.

smiley - star 'Charlotte's Web' audio-cassette. It's narrated by White himself, in a fine New York accent.

smiley - star 'Onward and Upward: A Biography of Katherine S. White' by Linda Davis.
Davis wrote it based on extensive research and an interview with EB White. It includes, of course, information about Andy, and also a good deal of his opinion of his wife.

Forgot:

smiley - star 'Here at the New Yorker' by Brendan Gill
Gill took a laughing observer's stance in regard to the Whites, which offended Katherine on her husband's behalf. (Probably a good deal of the reason why she despised the book so much.)

Key: Complain about this post
