A Conversation for Doctor Who - The Television Phenomenon
The Doctor and Vincent

part of the segment on vincent van gogh is the thing
about how he saw his paintings in the present day art gallery
then went back and painted them... essentially not creating them but merely copying them
i dont have a problem with the occurance
because
the reason it can happen
is because it works like dreams
only vincent can see those paintings and 'copy' them
only vincent can make those paintings
the brush strokes
the ...whole thing
so essentially its like dreaming something
then waking up and doing it
