  • To use the artifical, manual, respiration equipment.
When? ~ In the presence of a victim unable to breathe or having difficulty breathing.
How? ~ Through the effective use of artifical, manual, respiration equipment.
Why? ~ To improve the effectiveness of artifical respiration and be able to administer oxygen.
