I remember going to see T & D skate professionally many moons ago when I was visiting my sister in Vancouver. After the performance they were skating around collecting flowers and my sister handed me a bouquet of carnations and insisted I go down and hand them to Christopher Dean. I told her she was nuts, that I was far too 'sophisticated' to do any such thing! And then she reminded me that I was in Vancouver, nobody knew me there and I probably wouldn't be back for years.
So I grabbed the flowers, ran down to the sideboards, waved the flowers at C as he was whizzing past ... he stopped, thanked me very much - I said 'oh no! thank YOU!' - and then he *kissed me on the cheek!* 
Gosh that was fun!
Oh, and a very enjoyable guide entry.
