Im sorry I was under the impression before it was used in the sense this lovely article sets out, Web 2.0 was the name given to the next-generation of ultra super fast internet connectivity. Its in the Guiness Book of Records, 6 GB on info across 2000 miles in under 50 seconds or something like that. Pretty sure thats what they called it, I'll just look it up now...
