Rice and Whatever

My personal favorite:

Place water in a very large pot, add rice (the more you add the more you will have leftover). Cook until rice looks done. Drain water off. Place what you want to eat in a bowl, rest in refrigerator. If you return rice to pot, you can add a can of whatever you have or anything on the verge of going bad from the frig. Heat and your ready to eat. The leftovers can be eaten hot or cold, for breakfast, lunch or dinner and can be even be used as desert if you add a little sugar. You can get really extravagant if you mix two cans of whatever. But, I usually save that for when company comes.
