Second of all In Nomine is about as based on an accurate picture of Hell as a Donald Duck Cartoon(less so). They invented a whole lot of nonsense, carefully researched all the lore about Hell, added a few of the interesting bits and then carefuly worded the rest to contradict about 99% of the traditional notions. Its a nice game but its a lousy resource on any real world conceptions of cosmology.

Yeah, I see that now I've read a bit about the Qabbalah. Maybe I'll post some stuff here about it later.

Our Earth is Cheled, which is described as mixed earth and water; fairly accurate. The seven Hells are located in Arqa, and the seven Heavens are in no particular Earth.

The Sephiroth (singular Sephirah) are ten emanations from God which form the Tree of Life. All the ones listed above correspond to a Heaven, a Hell, and an Earth, and every one also corresponds to a name of God, archangel, choir of angels, an astrological symbol, notation, or process, a sign of the tarot, one of the ancient Greek elements, a magickal image, several additional symbols, a number of special colours, a part of the microcosm, a part of the body, a grade of initiation in some occult circles, and a corresponding Qlippoth. The Qlippoth are generally seen as demonic entities which oppose the Sephiroth.
