In the Easter Special "Planet of the Dead" we see the medium telling the Doctor that his greatest foe will return, and he will "knock four times". Hmm, The Sound of Drums anyone?
And what bets that David Tennant's last outing (Christmas '09) will end with the Master causing his regeneration into the 12-year-old the BBC have cast in the role?
