Hi Giford
If it's a little one, you can do it in <./>Feedback-Editorial</.> - if it is a big update, it goes into the Update forum <./>RF21</.>

OK, it'll be about 3 or 4 short paragraphs at the end.
Do I resubmit the whole article, and if so do I cut 'n' paste the old article into a new article, or do I modify the version I put into PR?

If it is just three or four short paragraphs, then you should submit them at Feedback / Editorial. Be sure to say which entry you want updated, and whether these are additional paragraphs or intended to replace existing ones.

If it were many changes throughout the entry, the normal procedure would be:
- Create a new Entry
- Open the Edited Entry using the test feature (put TEST in the URL instead of U just before the entry number)
- Copy the full text from the Edited Entry and Paste it into your new entry.
- Submit the new entry to the Update Forum.
But for a few paragraphs, you don't need to do that.

Giford appears to have ed and, after the new series, an update to some of h2g2's Doctor Who articles is needed...

I have indeed ... just dropped by slightly at random and saw this update in the PR section of the Front Page.
