Couple of extras.
1. Slabs of meat. Lots of them. At least as much as the beer.
2. Vegetarian alternatives to throw on the Barbie. You'll look a right twink if your guests start claiming to be vegans and all you can give them is beer...

I'd think a vegan would know better than to think they're going to get fed at a barbecue without making arrangements ahead of time
