Hand Knitting Yarns
Alistair_E Started conversation Sep 28, 2006
I came upon this site by accident, and, I am amazed at the misinformaton under the heading Yarns.
You state that "some of the types of yarn .......are wool, cotton and mohair". These are not types of yarn these are fibres.
You state that "natural fibres......pill less compared to syntetics fibres". I would like to see some evidence of this. It is not true..
You state that "Natural fibres, especially cotton, are prone to shrinking......." This is not true.
There is more, but this is a start.
I suggest that you employ someone with at least a basic knowledge of yarns to revise this particular section.
