I 'came out' today as an atheist at a meeting for our "Diversity and Fairness Strategy Board", raising the issue of how seriously my company wish to 'embrace diversity' and have the company reflect the diverse communities in which we live. I am considering starting an IPU group, as one of our success criteria is "Staff Support Groups have been established for gender, sexuality, ... , and religion and that such groups are valued by the organisation"
