Yep, it's stress related. I work fairly long hours (up to 125 hours per week) and have done for some time, but the change to a new employer following a takeover brought on massive stress and IBS, which means that I, too, have to watch what I eat. In particular I have to avopid egg when I'm having a bad day, which is inconvenient because I don't eat tomato or cucumber at all and onions and peppers also set me off. You try buying a tomato, onion, pepper, cucumber and celery-free sandwich in a motorway service area.
