Hi
Thought I'd let you know (if you don't already!) a few things that might help on the IBS front.
PEPPERMINT TEA - good after eating to help soothe digestion. Also good for headaches.
FENNEL TEA - good if you are feeling nauseous/flatulent; improves digestion.
CHAMOMILE TEA - good for reducing muscle spasms and calming the system.
GINGER - add this to your diet to improve digestion. Good to chew this if you are feeling nauseous.
MASSAGE - you can massage your abdomen in a clockwise direction to improve digestion.
Chinese medicine is good for IBS
Hope this helps

Good chiropractors can sort out stomach problems such as IBS and ulcers by relieving stress on the spinal cord. For example the neck connects to the stomach, when it is tense it produces too much stomach acid resulting in an ulcer....the same go's for IBS, visit your friendly neighbourhood bone-bender and have your bowel movemnets sorted and ready for work, make the world
a nicer smelling place and may your bathroom visits be regular....peace and cool rings to you all....9bar.....word.
