A Conversation for Public Transport

I think that European law stipulates that atleast one person on any public transport vehicle, be it London Transport Bus, Tube, Delayed South West Train*, or outer mongolian corportation horse-and-cart, has to have an annoyingly loud personal stereo.
I'd write an article about that, but
A) I did write an article about it, but...
B) The editors rejected it
*: I think that's what the company is called. Whenever I get to Guildford station, they always announce something like 'Platform 2 for the delayed south west trains service to Portsmouth Harbour'. I'm not sure, because they also use the word 'service' in there, so that sentence is probably not 100% reliable. (but probably 75% more reliable than the trains)
