I have a question about chocolate. It is an ongoing debate that I have with my boyfriend. He is from NZ and will not accept the fact that NZ and British chocolate are different. My case is that in the Southern Hemisphere, there is an ingredient in chocolate to stop it from melting. I lived in SA for many years and this was certainly the case there, as it is in Australia. Does anyone have any facts to gove me?
