By the way, I managed to grab a copy of the reissued Manual in London. The bookshop in question was near Victoria bus depot in a small 'mall' and the only reason I found it was because I missed my bus -- every cloud, as they say.
There were about a half dozen when I was there, so if you want an original, you never know...

Bizarrely, I was an extra at the Barbican during 2K's "**** the Millenium" performance!
I was "Fourth LifeBoatman from the left"!
Anyone got any idea if the event was ever filmed and released?
