A Conversation for New Zealand
Sydney, New Zealand?
DawnRising Started conversation Apr 1, 2004
I'm slightly confused "The fourth largest New Zealand city is called Bondi, a suburb of Sydney" Isn't Sydney in Australia? Perhaps I read this wrong, perhaps I'm an idiot, perhaps I fell into a parallel quantum universe and here Sydney is in New Zealand. If this is another universe then I say to you all - I come in peace and mean you no harm (or maybe "erm, I'm slightly lost, anyone know the way to ZZ plural Z alpha")

DawnRising - Sydney is indeed in Australia; the joke is that Bondi, a suburb of Sydney, is filled to capacity with New Zealanders. The few people in Bondi who aren't New Zealanders are usually British backpackers.
Ivan.
