I'm sorry but I can't understand how this entry is one of the recommendations for the weekend. I've no wish to offend the author, it's well written but I'd like to know how this article gets picked above all others to be the recomendation for the weekend.

I'm not quite sure what you're getting at, but I'll attempt an answer:

It's a weekend recommendation - along with the other four new entries - because it's just been added to the Guide (see the "Five a Day Guarantee" on the front page). It happened to be added on a Friday, so it stays for the weekend.
