As disgusting as it sounds when you think about it, "sweating" is the word I'd be familiar with in the context...

I'd agree with the word 'sweating' too. As we're such a helpful website, and have an international audience, I'd suggest that Tav puts in an explanation of this term in a footnote. ie say what sort of a pan and how much heat to use? Then we're covering all bases.

It's normal for the Peer Review conversation for updates to be attached to the Edited Entry rather than to the update file. I'm not sure of the reason for this.

For a long time this wasn't possible because the "move a conversation" feature was broken, but I've heard that it's fixed now, so should this be done?
