Has anyone grown their hair back?

Hi.
I was just wondering whether anyone has actually grown their hair back after suffering from alopecia? I have come across many websites that seem to mention that they can, but do any of them actually work??
The most recent site i have come across is www.calosol.com - It has a large amount of successful people who have overcome alopecia. Does anyone know about this?
