In all my rice-related travels, the best I have found is that of Bali. Nasi Campur, I think it is spelled, is a wonderful and unbelievably cheap dish available anywhere you may find yourself on that island. And the Nasi Goreng, the fried rice? You will never look at rice the same way again.
