Until I was about 23, I thought Solihull was Soluhill.

The pronunciation of Solihull has confused me for some time. The 'posher' element (including the telly) seem to pronounce it, 'So-Lee-Hull' while most people I know actually from Solihull, pronounce it Solly-Ull'.
