Rockclimbing isn't that dangerous if done correctly and competently but the penalties for beginner' s
errors can be nasty. The law of gravity doesn't let you off with a warning. That being said, there is a
nice beginner rock climbing area at Great Falls Maryland and Virginia (opposite sides of the Potomac
River) 20 minutes from Washington, DC.

okay if you don think its dangerous how can you explain the deaths that occur due to inexperienced peole setting up systems which they dont fully understand and fall ing to there deaths.
