I'm not sure. That's not to say that it has not changed. However, I've not heard that it has changed. Or not.
Seriously, I know what you're referring to, and I haven't heard the exclamatory "Not!" used in quite some time. I believe we are presently living in the lull between storms on that one at the present time.
