I was about to corect you and say the other word that needs an [e] on the end according to gender in English is fiancé (male) or fiancée (female), however I then realised you said 'the only adjective' where as fiancé/e is a noun. Interestingly as with Blond/e, fiancé/e is also French. Are there any truly English words that are 'gender biased'?

Also an interesting point is the recent tide of political correctness that is trying hard to do away with other gender biased nouns, such as:
actor/actress
comedian/comedienne
postman/postwoman
there are other examples, of course, but I think those three cover the main forms of gender biased nouns in the English language.
