Kerr_Avon - hunting stray apostrophes and gutting poorly parsed sentences

Ohh, another one smiley - ok

Now then

"fit into the space allowed by the periods primitive"

Should be "period's".

"with it’s haunting opening lines"

No apostrophe in a possesive its smiley - winkeye

"But perhaps the single song which most sealed Johnson’s"

Most sealed?

How about "best sealed"?

"which were only just beginning to be a common site in the Delta"

Should be "common sight"

It's a bit long as it stands, I think you might put people off smiley - erm- how about splitting the entry at the point of Johnson's death?

smiley - ale

It's actually only about 1800 words, but I will think about that with the worthy Njan - the Chicago entry is rapidly getting out of hand as well, though i do have one idea on how to get round that...

I'll get on the spelling and punctuation tonight.smiley - ok

Whisky

Come on, there's got to be a way of fitting a reference to the 1986 Walter Hill movie - Crossroads... even if you can't stand the film Ry Cooder's score is fantastic...
