Thanks for a good read there. You've reminded me why the couple of times I went caving I ended up covered from head to toe in bruises. Kneepads definitely essential although even that didn't stop all the knocks...
Great fun though, loads of variety of physical movements required to enjoy that strange and interesting underground world.
