I think we (The Netherlands) are unique in this (and it's getting rarer as we move further in the EU/global community); we have a plateau at the back so we can proudly observe and/or inspect our produce after doing our business. A more concrete form of job satisfaction if you pardon the pun. The downside is it's far more smelly.
