In the first paragraph 'Avalokitesvara' is spelled 'Avalokiteshvara' and 'Avalokitehvara' For consistency these ought to be amended, though the first variant is an acceptable spelling.

What we've done is follow Gnomon's advice in another thread - a case of two italics sitting next to each other and not communicating

I don't mean to cause hassle, but a few tips on pronouncing some of these words would come in awfully handy. 
Oh, and I know this is unrelated, but someone commenting about my project on sexual orientation recommending adding a link to the edited entry on transexuality. Please do! I didn't know there was one.
