Tabby cat sits by the garden pool;
Fat koi swims by to splash her.
See me sparkle like a jewel,
The sun is warm, the water's cool -
Fat koi swims by to splash her.
Tabby cat sleeps on the garden swing,
Dreaming of koi and water.
It isn't that the cat is mean,
For koi was fat, and tabby's lean -
