Interesting article! 
In Barcelona there's a flower market that's open 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. So if anyone wakes up at 4am with a desperate urge to buy roses, marigolds, orchids, cacti, pot plants or any other kind of flora, all they have to do is go to the flower market.
