Actually, they'll probably come over sooner or later (probably later - weekend) under their own volition, so I'll wait a few days.

Incidentally, that must be the first entry I've subbed that's gone from Pending to Edited in under three weeks ...

Years ago I too thought only of grilled hamburgers and chicken when I thought of the word "barbecue", but time living in Tulsa, Oklahoma raised my consciousness. Out there they had a restaurant called "Back Porch Barbecue" where your slow-smoked tangy spicy melt-in-your-mouth brisket would be served on a bun with sides of cole slaw and beans. This was a whole new world of taste.

Quick question: is the link to Barbecue Recipies correct or not?
