One that some heavy drinkers of my aquaintance swear by is a combination of several of the ones mentioned in the article. Upon waking up w/hangover, quaff as much water or non-carbonated sorts drink as you can stand(for dehydration/loss of salts), take at least three multi vitamins(make sure they have a large concentration of b-vitamins) and get in a sauna or hot tub(tosweat out the toxins)

its a long story of how i came by it, but apon stealing a case of starfruit gatorade from a thief, i started drinking a 20oz bottle every time i got a hangover, and it worked better than anything that i have ever tried for hangovers. after the case ran out, i started using other kinds of gatorade and they work almost as good. i dont know exactly why but gatorade is a freaking wonderdrug! it dosent merely help hangovers it nearly cures them!
