No one could accuse traditional Irish music of lacking rhythm, but the inclusion of at least one bodhrán in the group does lend the beat an extra punch, and the music an extra depth.
(I've been out enjoying Fleadh Ceoil na hÉireann, now in Tullamore for its second year.)
